More calls for regulation in real estate have us questioning the path we're heading down. Should astute buyers/sellers be left to negotiate their own deals or should we see more government regulation into terms and subjects? (no, we should not)  Matt continues his 75Hard program and we banter back and forth as per usual.

While Matt continues with the 75HARD program, the battle within the condo market heats up. We're beginning to see the effects of buyers unable to secure larger spaces such as townhouses and single family detatached homes trickle down into the condo market.
